This song is a ballad—and the lyrics are less direct than in others by her—but still point to our need for Jesus—not just when times are good—but in our darkest hours.

I've scoured the internet and found almost nothing about this woman...but love this song.

"Getting Ready To Go" sung by Sharon Brock really got my toes a tappin', my hands clappin', my soul a'flyin', and my spirit a'soarin'.  :)

If you're a Christian aware of the signs of the times we're living in, then you'll probably amen the powerful message in it too!
