The song "I'm Glad" by Dexter Shaper and Coco Edwards has slowly found it's way deep into my heart.

When I first listened to it it just washed over me but didn't make a deep impact.

But then after hearing it several more times—and then especially as I transcribed the lyrics—I realized how much I REALLY like it.

The arrangement is superb and the vocals and lyrics are up-lifting and masterfully sung.

From the Dream Reality Records Presents Great Gospel Music Vol. II CD released in 2012—it is one of a number of great songs in that collection.
